Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ApplyBox Recruitment platform, websites, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by ApplyBox Recruitment ("ApplyBox", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. Customer and candidate use

Employers and recruitment teams use ApplyBox to manage hiring workflows. Candidates and other third parties may access tenant-specific portals (for example careers pages, onboarding, or availability booking) as invited or permitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for their hiring practices and for providing appropriate notices to candidates.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or probe the Services
• Access accounts or data without authorisation
• Use the Services to send unlawful spam or discriminatory hiring communications
• Reverse engineer or resell the Services except as expressly permitted

4. Third-party sign-in and integrations

The Services may allow sign-in or data exchange with third parties (such as Google, Microsoft, or email providers). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5. Intellectual property

ApplyBox and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription or authorised access period. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Services.

6. Fees and trials

Paid features, if any, are described in your order or subscription agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

7. Availability and changes

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. APPLYBOX DOES NOT GUARANTEE HIRING OUTCOMES OR THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLYBOX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO APPLYBOX IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100).

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify ApplyBox against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the platform, or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
